Mr. Boettner has seven years of professional experience in a wide array of environmental consulting activities. He applies GIS and computer visualization to projects at the local, regional, and national levels. Dr. Christ has extensive experience with acid mine drainage, including data collection on sources, citizen education, directing a watershed association, and management of government agency involvement. He has provided expert testimony on biogeochemistry; modeled water movement in soils, effects of water fluxes on element fluxes in forests, chemical interactions in soil water, and forest growth and development; and evaluated the chemical and biological health of streams. Ms. McClurg specializes in stream ecosystems. She has over eight years of experience working within aquatic research laboratories and for nonprofit organizations conducting stream water quality monitoring and fish and macroinvertebrate community assessments.

Mr. Yuill has provided environmental consulting services for nearly thirty years. He also continues as Associate Professor of Environmental Planning in the Landscape Architecture program at West Virginia University. His past projects included large environmental impact studies for power facilities, statewide and national reclamation planning projects, site-specific land and water reclamation projects, remote sensing environmental inventories, and environmental policy and assessment projects. Mr. Veselka has extensive experience in a broad spectrum of environmental resources and has conducted work for state and federal agencies, academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, and private consulting firms. His experience conducting biological and natural resource inventories, wetland delineations, as well as construction and permit compliance monitoring has put him in the unique position of communicating with stakeholders that have traditionally been averse to environmental concerns.
